History of Gurudwara Paonta Sahib Ji
During his stay at Paonta Sahib the Guru wrote and compiled major portions of the Dasam Granth (including the Jaap Sahib, Akal Ustat, and Chandi Charitar), trained his Sikhs in martial arts, and turned the place into a vibrant spiritual and literary centre.
